With the firefox extension, create a new event node by selecting and right-clicking.
An event can be repeated, each repetition would be a new node copied from a reference :
- you can change anything you want in the repetitions (title, date, location...). Each repetition is a separate ordinary event.
- since the repetitions are real nodes, they will appear in all standard drupal mechanisms (feeds, views, ...)
- changes to a field in the reference node are copied into all the repetitions, only if the field was not changed in the repetition. This makes it easy to update all repetitions just by changing the reference.
To moderate the future event publication, moderators have access to those special pages:

Notice the contextual information (click the information icon 
in top-right corner) and eventually edit it, it is in a page node.
- a control panel with stats and informations to help organizing ond co-operating.
- a list of submitted, sorted and unpublished future events. Events that are urgent are shown first. Events are shown sorted by dates automaticallly found in their body.
- a mail reader - import mails from different addresses.
- a RSS feed reader and feed manager - you can create fake feeds if a website doesn't provide a one that fit your needs.
